Ardingly College is a leading co-educational day and boarding school, located in 240 acres of beautiful West Sussex countryside. We are just 40 minutes on the train from London and 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport.

At Ardingly, every student is known and valued as an individual. We are large enough offer a breadth of opportunities - with over 150 co-curricular activities available to choose from - but small enough to ensure that every student is supported and nurtured. We are proud of our students’ academic success – with excellent GCSE, A Level and International Baccalaureate results, which rank us in the top 5 schools in the UK and in the top 10 schools globally for the IB. We are also delighted to be in the top 1% of all UK schools for value add; independent data shows that, on average, Ardingly students achieve over a grade higher per subject at GCSE than their benchmark testing on entry would predict.

While exam results are important, however, they are not the only - or even the most important - indicator of our students’ potential to succeed in the rapidly changing world we live in, which is why our award-winning World Ready programme aims to equip our students with the personal qualities, as well as the employability and entrepreneurial skills, they will need to thrive in a changing world.
